Shipping & Delivery Times
Will my wall art arrive in multiple packages?
This can happen, especially if your order includes several wall art pieces or different sizes. In some cases, items are shipped in separate parcels (or with separate tracking numbers).
No need to worry: if one parcel arrives before the other, the rest usually follows in the days after.
If you’re unsure, send us a message via “Need help” with your order number, and we’ll confirm the tracking details for you.
What are your processing times?
We prepare your order within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). This includes verification, production setup, and dispatch for shipping.
What are your delivery times?
Delivery takes an average of 5 to 7 business days after dispatch. For XXL formats, please allow around 7 to 9 business days instead (more specialized logistics and larger parcels).
Do you deliver throughout Europe?
Yes: we currently deliver throughout Europe.
Is delivery free?
Yes, delivery is free throughout Europe.
Which carrier do you ship with?
Depending on the size and destination, shipping is handled via UPS or DPD.
How can I track my package?
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link. Remember to check your spam folder if you don’t see it.
Installation & Care
How do I hang my wall art?
In just a few minutes: measure, mark, install a fixing suited to your wall (plasterboard/concrete), and you’re ready to go. For large formats, we recommend working in pairs for a perfectly straight result.
How do I care for my wall art?
- Canvas / floating frame: soft, dry cloth
- Acrylic glass print: microfiber cloth (avoid abrasive products)
Supports, sizes & options
Is it ready to hang?
Yes for canvases and frames: you receive wall art designed for easy installation. For posters, it depends on the frame you choose.
How do I choose the right size for my wall?
- Cut out some paper (or use masking tape) to the dimensions of the wall art
- Place it on the wall in the intended spot
- Step back 2–3 meters: you’ll see right away if the size is perfect
- As a general rule:
Small wall / decorative corner → medium sizes - Large wall / sofa / bed → large sizes for a true “wow” effect
And if you’re choosing between two sizes, the larger one often creates the most stylish decorative look.
What sizes are available?
Sizes vary depending on the collection, with formats ranging from “standard” to large XXL sizes. The larger you go, the more impressive the “statement piece” effect becomes.
What types of wall art do you offer?
- Unframed poster (poster)
- Stretched canvas on stretcher frame
- Floating frame (black or white)
- Acrylic glass print (modern, luminous finish)
Which material should I choose for my interior?
- Poster: perfect if you love changing your décor often or framing it yourself.
- Stretched canvas: the best balance of “style / warmth / price”.
- Floating frame: a premium finish with a true “gallery” feel.
- Acrylic glass print: a glossy, ultra-modern look, ideal for designer décor.
Unframed poster: how is it packaged?
Our unframed posters are carefully packaged to prevent creases and impact during shipping. They are protected and packed appropriately for their size.
Upon receipt, we recommend gently taking it out and letting it “settle” flat for a few minutes before framing (if needed).
If you notice any issue on arrival, contact Isabelle via “Need help” and include a photo of the parcel and the poster.
Craftsmanship & Quality
Where is your wall art made?
Our wall art is made in Germany in a workshop specialized in wall printing, ensuring crisp detail, deep colors, and a refined finish.
Is the print quality true to the photos on the website?
We do everything we can to ensure optimal color accuracy. Depending on your screen (brightness, contrast) and the material chosen, there may be a slight difference in the final look. For most designs, the printed result is even more “wow” in real life.
Do the colors last over time?
Yes, the prints are designed to last, using inks and a process tailored to interior decoration.
Order & Payment
How do I place an order?
Choose your wall art, select the format and size, then confirm your cart. Simple and fast.
Which payment methods do you accept?
The main payment methods are available on the website (card, online payment solutions depending on your country).
I haven’t received the confirmation email. What should I do?
If you can’t find the confirmation email, first check your spam/junk folder (and the “Promotions” tab if you use Gmail).
Then, make sure the email address entered when placing your order is correct.
Still nothing? Contact us via the “Need help” tab with your name and, if possible, the amount or approximate time of the order: Isabelle will quickly confirm that your request is being handled.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you’ve just placed an order, please contact us as soon as possible via the Need Help tab. Once production has started, changes are often no longer possible.
Delivery issues & after-sales support
How can I contact Isabelle quickly?
The fastest way is to use the “Need Help” tab (contact form). Isabelle will get back to you as quickly as possible.
To save time, please include:
- your order number (if you have one)
- the subject (delivery, return, damaged product, question before purchase…)
- and photos if needed (parcel + wall art in case of damage)
My wall art arrived damaged, what should I do?
Contact Isabelle via Need help with:
- your order number
- photos of the package (outside + label)
- photos of the product (damaged areas)
We’ll get back to you quickly with a solution (reshipment / replacement depending on the case).
Lost package
If the parcel is declared lost, we will arrange a fast replacement shipment.
My package is marked as “delivered” but I haven’t received anything
First, check with a neighbor, caretaker, pickup point, or safe place. If there’s still nothing, contact Isabelle via Need help. We’ll open a carrier investigation and, if needed, arrange a new shipment.
Product does not match my order
Contact Isabelle with photos: we’ll fix it quickly.
Promotions & offers
Do you offer promotions?
Yes, we regularly offer promotions (e.g. welcome offer, bundle deals). Exact terms may vary depending on the period.
Where do I enter my promo code?
On the cart / checkout page, in the “promo code” box.
Customizable Wall Art
Do you create custom wall art?
Yes, depending on the collection. You can send your details / photos via Need help (Isabelle will guide you).
Will I receive a preview before printing?
Depending on the type of personalization, a preview may not always be available. If you have a specific request, please mention it in your message to Isabelle.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
How long does it take to receive my refund?
The refund is issued within approximately 15 days after the return has been received and inspected.
Can I return wall art if I change my mind?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to request a return (except for the exceptions below). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Which products are non-returnable?
Unframed posters and certain personalized products cannot be returned. Multi-panel wall art may also be subject to specific conditions. If in doubt, contact us via “Need help”.
How do I make a return?
- Contact Isabelle via the Need help tab
- Provide your order number + the reason for the return
- The return must be shipped via UPS or DHL (international returns)
- Send Isabelle your tracking number as soon as it has been shipped
Do returns of large formats cost more?
Yes: from 100×150 cm, returns can be expensive (oversized parcel). Before ordering a very large format, feel free to check the size on your wall (masking tape on the wall, paper template, etc.).
