We mainly ship with the following carriers: UPS, DDP DHL and Colissimo
We offer free delivery on all orders
Parcels are generally shipped within an average of 3 to 4 days after the order is placed.
Your purchases may be sent in multiple packages due to the size of certain products. You will be able to track each parcel using its tracking number.
We guarantee customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for an item of the same value or request a refund. Return shipping for the item(s) is at the customer’s expense.
We accept exchanges or refunds for a period of 15 days after purchase. The item must be returned in its original condition. Any damaged product will not be exchanged or refunded.
To return a product, you must send it by post after contacting us by email to obtain a return label: Contact@montableaudeco.com
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Items must be returned with DHL EXPRESS only..Please then email us the DHL EXPRESS tracking receipt.
Depending on where you live, the time needed to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
Posters and 5-panel wall art are not returnable.
