Delivery & lead times
Will my wall art in multiple packages?
This can happen, especially if your order contains several paintings or different formats. In some cases, items are shipped in separate packages (or with separate tracking numbers).
Don't worry: if one package arrives before the other, the rest will usually follow within a few days.
If you have any doubts, send us a message via "Need help" with your order number, and we will confirm the tracking information.
What are your processing times?
We prepare your order within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). This includes verification, production, and dispatch.
What are your delivery times?
Delivery takes an average of 5 to 7 business days after shipment. For XXL formats, allow 7 to 9 business days (more specific logistics and larger packages).
Do you deliver anywhere in Europe?
Yes: we currently deliver throughout Europe.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free throughout Europe.
Which carrier do you ship with?
Depending on the format and destination, shipping is done via UPS or DPD.
How can I track my package?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it.
Installation & maintenance
How do I hang my wall art
In just a few minutes: measure, mark, install a fastener suitable for your wall (drywall/concrete), and you're ready to go. For large formats, we recommend working in pairs to ensure a straight finish.
How do I care for my wall art
- Canvas/floating frame: soft, dry cloth
- Acrylic Glass Print : microfiber cloth (avoid abrasive products)
Media, formats & options
Is it ready to hang?
Yes for canvases and frames: you will receive wall art for easy installation. For posters, it depends on the frame you choose.
How do I choose the right size for my wall?
- Cut paper (or use masking tape) to the dimensions of the wall art
- Place it on the wall in the designated spot.
- Step back 2–3 meters: you will immediately see if the size is perfect.
- As a general rule:
Small wall/decorative corner → medium sizes - Large wall / sofa / bed → large formats for a real "wow" effect
And if you're hesitating between two sizes, the larger one often gives the best decorative effect.
What sizes are available?
Sizes vary depending on the collection, ranging from "standard" to large XXL formats. The larger the size, the more impressive the "centerpiece" effect.
What types of paintings do you offer?
- Unframed Poster (poster)
- Stretched Canvas Print
- Floating frame (black or white)
- Acrylic Glass Print (modern and bright finish)
What material should I choose for my interior?
- Poster: perfect if you like to change your decor often or frame it yourself.
- Canvas on frame: the best combination of decoration, warmth, and price.
- Floating frame: premium finish, very "gallery-like."
- Acrylic Glass Print : glossy finish, ultra-modern, ideal for designer decor.
Unframed Poster How is it packaged?
Our frameless posters are carefully packaged to prevent creases and damage during transport. They are protected and packaged in a manner appropriate to their format.
Upon receipt, we recommend that you remove it carefully and leave it to "settle" flat for a few minutes before framing (if necessary).
If you notice any issues upon arrival, please contact Isabelle via "Need help" and attach a photo of the package and the poster.
Manufacturing & quality
Where are your paintings made?
Our canvases are manufactured in Germany in a workshop specializing in wall printing, to guarantee a sharp image, deep colors, and a meticulous finish.
Is the print quality true to the photos on the website?
We do our utmost to ensure optimal color fidelity. Depending on your screen (brightness, contrast) and the material chosen, there may be a slight difference in the final result. On most visuals, the printed result is even more impressive in real life.
Do the colors last over time?
Yes, the prints are designed to last, with inks and a process suitable for interior decoration.
Order & payment
How do I place an order?
Choose your wall art, select the material and size, then confirm your order. Quick and easy.
What payment methods do you accept?
The main payment methods are available on the website (card, online payment solutions depending on your country).
I haven't received the confirmation email. What should I do?
If you cannot find the confirmation email, start by checking your spam/junk folder (and the "Promotions" tab if you use Gmail).
Next, make sure that the email address you entered when placing your order is correct.
Still nothing? Contact us via the "Need help" tab with your name and, if possible, the amount or approximate time of the order: Isabelle will quickly confirm that your request has been taken care of.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you have just placed an order, please contact us as soon as possible via the Need Help tab. Once production has started, it is often no longer possible to make changes.
Delivery issues & after-sales service
How can I contact Isabelle quickly?
The quickest way is to go to the "Need help" tab (contact form). Isabelle will get back to you as soon as possible.
To save time, please remember to include:
- your order number (if you have one)
- the subject (delivery, return, damaged product, question before purchase, etc.)
- and photos if necessary (package + wall art case of damage)
My wall art damaged. What should I do?
Contact Isabelle via Need help with:
- your order number
- photos of the package (outside + label)
- photos of the product (damaged areas)
We will respond quickly with a solution (reshipment/replacement, as applicable).
Lost package
If the package is declared lost, we will quickly send a new one.
My package is marked as "delivered," but I haven't received anything.
First check with your neighbor, building manager, pickup point, or secure location. If you still can't find it, contact Isabelle via Need help. We will check with the carrier and, if necessary, send a new shipment.
Product does not match my order
Contact Isabelle with photos: we will correct them quickly.
Promotions & offers
Do you offer any promotions?
Yes, there are regular offers (e.g., welcome offer, bulk offers). The exact terms and conditions may vary depending on the period.
Where do I enter my promo code?
On the shopping cart/checkout page, in the "promo code" box.
Customizable Table
Do you make custom paintings?
Yes, depending on the collections. You can send your information/photos via Need help (Isabelle will guide you).
Will I receive a print preview?
Depending on the type of customization, a preview is not always available. If you have a specific requirement, please mention it in your message to Isabelle.
Returns, refunds, and exchanges
How long will it take to receive my refund?
The refund will be issued approximately 15 days after receipt and inspection of the return.
Can I return wall art I change my mind?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to request a return (except for the exceptions below). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Which products are non-returnable?
Frameless posters and certain personalized products are non-returnable. Multi-panel paintings may also have specific conditions. If in doubt, please contact us via "Need help."
How do I make a return?
- Contact Isabelle via the Need Help tab.
- Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Returns must be shipped via UPS or DHL (international returns).
- Send Isabelle your tracking number as soon as you ship your order.
Do large format returns cost more?
Yes: for sizes larger than 100×150 cm, returns can be expensive (bulky packages). Before ordering a very large format, be sure to check the size on your wall (using adhesive tape on the wall, a paper template, etc.).
