A question before ordering? We’ve thought of everything. Deadlines, quality, formats, returns… this FAQ simply guides you so you can buy your painting with peace of mind.

Delivery & timing

Will my painting arrive in multiple packages?

It can happen, especially if your order contains several canvases or different formats. In some cases, items are shipped in separate parcels (or with separate tracking numbers).

No worries: if one package arrives before the other, the rest usually follows in the next few days.

If you have any doubts, send us a message via “Need help” with your order number, and we will confirm the tracking for you.

What is your processing time?

We are preparing your order within 48h (excluding weekends and public holidays). This includes checking, production, and shipping departure.

What are your delivery times?

Delivery takes on average 5 to 7 business days after shipment. For the formats XXL, rather count 7 to 9 business days (more specific logistics and larger parcels).

Do you deliver everywhere in Europe?

Yes: we currently deliver throughout Europe.

Is delivery free?

Yes, delivery is free throughout all of Europe.

Which carrier do you use for shipping?

Depending on the format and destination, shipping is done via UPS or DPD.

How can I track my package?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking linkPlease check your spam folder if you do not see it.

Installation & maintenance

How do I hang my artwork?

In just a few minutes: measure, mark, install a suitable fixing for your wall (plasterboard/concrete), and you’re ready to go. For large formats, we recommend working in pairs to ensure a straight result.

How do I maintain my artwork?
  • Canvas / floating frame : soft, dry cloth
  • Plexiglass : microfiber cloth (avoid abrasive products)

Supports, formats & options

Is it ready to hang?

Yes for canvases and frames: you receive a painting designed to be installed easily. For posters, it depends on the frame you choose.

How do I choose the right size for my wall?
  1. Cut paper (or use masking tape) to the dimensions of the artwork
  2. Place it on the wall where you plan to put the artwork
  3. Step back 2–3 meters: you'll quickly see if the size is perfect
  4. As a general rule:
    Small wall / decorative corner → medium sizes
  5. Large wall / sofa / bed → large sizes for a real “wow” effect

    And if you're hesitating between two sizes, the larger one often gives the most stylish result.
What sizes are available?

Sizes vary according to the collections, with formats ranging from "standard" up to extra-large XXL formatsThe larger the size, the more impressive the "centerpiece" effect becomes.

What types of artworks do you offer?

  2. Canvas stretched over a frame
  3. Floating frame (black or white)
  4. Plexiglass (modern and bright look)
Which material should I choose for my interior?
  1. Poster : perfect if you like to change your decor often or frame it yourself.
  2. Canvas on frame : the best combination of decor, warmth, and price.
  3. Floating frame : premium finish, very “gallery-like”.
  4. Plexiglass : glossy look, ultra modern, ideal for a design decor.
Poster without frame: how is it packaged?

Our unframed posters are carefully packaged to prevent creases and damage during transport. They are protected and packed in a way that suits their size.

Upon receipt, we recommend gently removing it and letting it lay flat for a few minutes before framing (if necessary).

If you notice an issue upon arrival, please contact Isabelle via “Need help” attaching a photo of the package and the poster.

Manufacturing & quality

Where are your artworks made?

Our paintings are made in Germany in a workshop specialized in wall printing, to ensure a sharp result, deep colors, and a flawless finish.

Is the print quality true to the photos on the website?

We do our utmost to ensure optimal fidelity. Depending on your screen (brightness, contrast) and the material chosen, there may be a slight difference a difference in rendering. On most visuals, the printed result is even more “wow” in real life.

Do the colors last over time?

Yes, the prints are designed to last, with inks and a process adapted for interior decoration.

Order & payment

How do I place an order?

Choose your painting, select it support and the size, then confirm your basket. Simple and fast.

What payment methods do you accept?

The main payment methods are offered on the site (card, online payment solutions depending on your country).

I haven’t received the confirmation email, what should I do?

If you can't find the confirmation email, start by checking your spam/junk folders (and the “Promotions” tab if you use Gmail).

Next, make sure the email address entered at the time of ordering is correct.

Still nothing? Contact us via the tab “Need help” with your name and, if possible, the amount or the approximate time of the order: Isabelle will quickly confirm support.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you have just placed an order, contact us as soon as possible via the tab Need help. Once production has started, it is often no longer possible to make changes.

Delivery issues & after-sales service

How can I contact Isabelle quickly?

The fastest way is to go through the tab “Need help” (contact form). Isabelle will get back to you as soon as possible.

To save time, remember to indicate:

  • your order number (if you have one)
  • the subject (delivery, return, damaged product, question before purchase, etc.)
  • and photos if necessary (parcel + table in case of damage)
My artwork arrived damaged, what should I do?

Contact Isabelle via Need help with:

  • your order number
  • of the photos of the package (outside + label)
  • of the photos of the product (damaged areas)

    You will get a quick response with a solution (reshipment/replacement depending on the case).
Lost parcel

If the package is declared lost, we proceed with a new rapid shipment.

My parcel is marked 'delivered' but I haven’t received anything

First check with your neighbor, caretaker, pick-up point or a safe place. If still nothing: contact Isabelle via Need help. We will start a carrier check and, if necessary, a new shipment.

Product not in accordance with my order

Contact Isabelle with photos: we fix it quickly.

Promotions & offers

Do you offer promotions?

Yes, there are regular offers (e.g., welcome offer, bundle offers). The exact conditions may vary depending on the period.

Where do I enter my promo code?

On the cart / checkout page, in the “promo code” box.

Customizable Wall Art

Do you make personalized artworks?

Yes, depending on the collections. You can send your information/photos via Need help (Isabelle guides you).

Do I get a preview before printing?

Depending on the type of customization, a preview is not always available. If you have a specific need, mention it in your message to Isabelle.

Returns, refunds & exchanges

How long until I get reimbursed?

The refund is issued in approximately 15 days after receipt and inspection of the return.

Can I return a painting if I change my mind?

Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to request a return (except for the exceptions below). Return fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Which products are non-returnable?

Unframed posters and certain personalized products are not returnable. Multi-panel paintings may also have specific conditions. If in doubt, write to us via “Need help”.

How do I make a return?
  1. Contact Isabelle via the tab Need help
  2. Enter your order number + the reason for the return
  3. The return must be shipped via UPS or DHL (international returns)
  4. Send Isabelle your tracking number as soon as sent
Do returns for large formats cost more?

Yes: from 100×150 cm, the return can be expensive (bulky parcel). Before ordering a very large size, feel free to check the dimensions on your wall (tape on the wall, paper template, etc.).
