RETURN POLICY AND REFUNDS (CUSTOMERS)

Sale period: orders cannot be modified
During the sales period, orders cannot be modified once confirmed (item, size, address or cancellation). In order to satisfy all our customers and guarantee fast processing times, orders are processed automatically as soon as they are received. Thank you for your understanding.
- Return Policy
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Non-returnable products
Some types of products cannot be returned.
We do not accept returns for:

Unframed posters (posters), as they are printed on demand.

Personalized products (with name, photo, text, or any custom modification), except in cases of our error or if you receive a damaged product.

Gift cards or digital products (if applicable).
Conditions for making a return
To make a return, you must provide us with proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
Cases where a partial refund may be applied (if applicable)
A partial refund may be granted if:

the item is returned in a condition different from its original one, damaged, or incomplete, for a reason not related to an error on our part ;

the product shows signs of use or installation;

the return is made more than 14 days after delivery
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Why are our unframed posters neither returnable nor refundable?
At Montableaudeco, each poster is printed on demand, especially for you, according to the chosen design and size. That is why we cannot take them back or refund them once shipped.
Here is why:
✅ Custom-made production : Each poster is created only for you and cannot be returned to stock.
✅ Paper fragility : Once unpacked, the poster can be altered by handling, which prevents any resale.
✅ Hygiene & preservation : To guarantee every customer a work new and intact, we do not take back already delivered items.
💡 Damaged poster? We'll send you a new one!
If your order arrives with a defect or damage related to transport, no worries! We ship a new poster for free.

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Then, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted. If after doing all of this you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@montableaudeco.com
SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We replace an item only if it is defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item in this case, email us at contact@montableaudeco.com
GIFTS
If the returned item was identified as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver chose to receive the item first to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will know that you returned the item.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchasing delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
