SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

We primarily ship with the following carriers: UPS, DHL DDP, and Colissimo

We offer free shipping on all orders

Packages are typically shipped within 3 to 4 days of the order being placed.

Your order may be shipped in multiple packages due to the size of certain items. You can track each package using its tracking number.

We guarantee customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for an item of equal value or receive a refund. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item(s).

We accept exchanges or refunds within 15 days of purchase. The item must be returned in its original condition. Damaged products will not be exchanged or refunded.

To return a product, you must mail it to us after contacting us via email to obtain a return authorization: Contact@montableaudeco.com

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Items must be returned via DHL EXPRESS only. Please then email us the DHL EXPRESS tracking number .

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.

Posters and 5-panel displays are non-returnable.
