The History of Street Art City

Street Art City is located in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, specifically in Lurcy-Lévis in northern Allier. A true symbol of the rise of urban culture in the region, it offers a unique and permanent setting dedicated entirely to visual art.
The rebirth of urban heritage
Launched in January 2015 and featuring items from all over the world, this creative hub covers ten hectares and consists of 13 buildings and 22,500 m² of walls that are constantly evolving with graffiti and the eternal resurrection of a rich urban heritage.
HOTEL 128, a unique space
Today, there are more than 90 murals, as well as an old abandoned hotel renamed HOTEL 128. The hotel's 128 rooms are handed over to street artists every year, giving them free rein to unleash their imagination and creativity in these unique spaces.

Bast was born on June 8, 1984, in the town of Lons-le-Saunier. This self-taught artist is the occupant of room 52. It was not until 2018 that he left, but not without leaving behind an artistic mark that continues to inspire passion.
Vincent Loisy, constant innovation
It was not until 2019 that Vincent Loisy truly revealed himself and established himself as an iconic figure in graffiti. At the time, he proposed a technique for approaching street art that had not been tried before.
