SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

We mainly ship with the following carriers: UPS, DDP DHL, and Colissimo

We offer free shipping on all our orders

Packages are generally shipped on average within 3 to 4 days of ordering. 

Your purchases may be sent in multiple packages due to the size of certain products. You will be able to track each package using the tracking number.

We guarantee customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for an item of equal value or receive a refund. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.

We accept exchanges or refunds for a period of 15 days following the purchase. The item must be returned in its original condition. Any damaged product will not be exchanged or refunded. 

To return a product, you must send it by mail, contacting us via email to obtain a return slip: Contact@montableaudeco.com

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Items must be returned with DHL EXPRESS only. Then please email us the tracking slip DHL EXPRESS.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchasing delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.

Posters and 5-panel paintings are non-returnable.
