  • Sale period: orders cannot be modified

During the sale period, orders cannot be modified after confirmation (item, format, address, or cancellation). In order to satisfy all our customers and guarantee fast processing times, orders are processed automatically as soon as they are registered. Thank you for your understanding.

 

  • Return Policy

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


Non-returnable products

Certain types of products cannot be returned.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Frameless posters, because they are printed on demand.

  • Personalized products (with first name, photo, text, or any custom modifications), except in cases of error on our part or if the product is received damaged.

  • Gift cards or digital products (if applicable).

Conditions for making a return

To make a return, you must provide us with proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

Cases where a partial refund may apply (if applicable)

A partial refund may be granted if:

  • the item is returned in a condition different from its original condition, damaged, or incomplete, for a reason not related to an error on our part;

  • the product shows signs of use or installation;

  • the return is made more than 14 days after delivery

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

 

Why are our frameless posters non-returnable and non-refundable?

At Montableaudeco, each poster is printed on demand, especially for you, according to the design and format you choose. That's why we can't take them back or refund them once they've been shipped.

Here's why:

Custom production: Each poster is created exclusively for you and cannot be restocked.

Fragility of the paper: Once unpacked, the poster may be damaged by handling, making it unsuitable for resale.

Hygiene & preservation: To guarantee each customer a new and intact product, we do not accept returns of items that have already been delivered.

If your order arrives with a defect or damage related to shipping, don't worry! We'll ship a new poster free of charge.

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing period before a refund is posted. If you have completed all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us atcontact@montableaudeco.com.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If, in this case, you wish to exchange it for the same item, please email us atcontact@montableaudeco.com. 

GIFTS

If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver chose to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know that you have returned the item.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
