At Montableaudeco, we take your time seriously, which is why we have implemented an automated and fast order processing system. As soon as you click on "validate my order", our algorithms get to work to ensure that your new wall art is prepared, packaged and ready to be shipped as soon as possible.

We understand, however, that sometimes a change of mind may occur right after placing an order. For these situations, we offer a window of 2 hours to cancel your order. This grace period allows you to think about it and cancel without any worries if you change your mind. After this period, your order will already be in processing and we will no longer be able to guarantee cancellation, as we are committed to meeting our delivery times to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.

We take 1 to 2 days to process your order, then approximately 5 to 7 days to deliver it to you.

We are sorry to hear this but sometimes during transport a clumsy delivery person can damage the painting, fortunately this is rare!

Simply email us a picture of the damaged item in question and we will send you a similar replacement item as quickly as possible.
