A painting where art and humor mix
The Marvel Abbey Road painting is first of all a tribute to the Beatles. More precisely the jacket of their eleventh album which is very similar to this painting. Except that in this painting, instead of seeing the Beatles, we see superheroes from the Marvel universe, like Spiderman and Hulk, but also from the DC comics universe, like Superman and Batman. In this painting, our superheroes parody the Beatles on the famous zebra crossing.
But what's even more hilarious in this painting is that you can also see the intentional incrustation of villains like Venum and other superheroes like Wolverine. A humorous incrustation, because they are there like a person in a photobomb or a " easter eggs » of film.
